Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card number, UPI PIN, CVV and netbanking passwords are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment reference, the amount and whether the payment succeeded.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, deliver and support your orders, and to send order, payment and shipping updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To create and secure your customer account, and to reset your password when you ask.
• To issue GST invoices and keep the records required by Indian tax law.
• To answer your questions and complaints.
• To send offers and news, only if you have agreed; you can stop them at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with those who help us serve you — the payment gateway (Razorpay), courier and logistics partners (name, phone and address for delivery), and our email and hosting providers — and only as much as they need. We may disclose information when required by law or a government authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist on your device. If we use analytics tools, they only help us understand how the website is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout and sign-in may not work without them.

Data security & retention

Your data is stored on secured servers, passwords are stored encrypted, and access is limited to staff who need it. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax laws require (usually 8 years); other data is kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

You can view and update your details under My account. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email us — we will act within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. Purchases by minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
