Where we deliver

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. If your PIN code cannot be served, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is ₹80 per order.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above (after any coupon discount).
• The exact amount is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Heavy items, bulk orders and orders during festival season may take a little longer; we will keep you informed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see it any time under My orders.

Receiving your parcel

• Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us.
• Please record a video while opening the parcel. It is required for any claim of damage, missing items or wrong items (see our Cancellation & refunds policy).

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after the courier's attempts, the parcel returns to us. We can re-ship it on payment of the delivery charge again, or refund the order value minus the delivery charges.
