These terms apply to your use of mahalaxmimetals.net and to every order placed on it. The website is operated by Mahalaxmi Metals, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping & delivery and Cancellation & refunds policies.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 or older, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• When you order, we create an account for you with your email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Please give correct contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

Products

• We describe products, sizes, capacities and materials as accurately as we can. Metal products are finished by hand or machine and may show small variations in colour, finish and weight; photos are for illustration.
• Brass, bronze and copper naturally darken over time and need occasional polishing. This is not a defect.
• Cast iron products are pre-seasoned and should be dried and oiled after washing to prevent rust.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available only when shown at checkout.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed when payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm it) and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly because of an error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Bulk & custom orders

Seer varisai sets, return gifts and bulk orders quoted separately are confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance, and may not be cancellable once packed or engraved to your requirement.

Use of the website

All content on the website — text, photos, logos and design — belongs to Mahalaxmi Metals and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
